In breve. KickFellas è una piattaforma per organizzare e partecipare a partite di calcio amatoriale. Usando l'app accetti questi Termini. Il gioco del calcio comporta rischi fisici: partecipi a tuo rischio.

1. Accettazione

Creando un account o usando KickFellas accetti questi Termini e l'Informativa sulla Privacy. Se non li accetti, non usare l'app.

2. Requisiti

Devi avere almeno 13 anni (o l'età minima prevista dalla legge locale) e la capacità di stipulare un contratto vincolante.

3. Account

Sei responsabile della sicurezza del tuo account e delle attività svolte tramite esso. Fornisci informazioni accurate e mantienile aggiornate.

4. Partite: organizzatori e partecipanti

Gli organizzatori (host) definiscono luogo, orario, costo e posti disponibili di una partita e sono responsabili delle informazioni fornite. I partecipanti si impegnano a presentarsi e a rispettare le regole del campo. KickFellas è un intermediario: non organizza direttamente le partite né garantisce la loro qualità, sicurezza o effettivo svolgimento.

5. Wallet, pagamenti ed escrow

I pagamenti (ricariche del wallet) sono elaborati da Stripe. Gli importi sono in Euro.
La quota di una partita può essere trattenuta in escrow fino allo svolgimento della partita e poi accreditata all'organizzatore.
Eventuali commissioni di servizio ti verranno mostrate prima della conferma del pagamento.
Il saldo del wallet non è un deposito bancario e non matura interessi.

6. Cancellazioni e rimborsi

Le regole di cancellazione (ad es. termini entro cui disdire per ottenere il rimborso) sono indicate nella schermata della partita al momento dell'iscrizione. In caso di annullamento della partita da parte dell'organizzatore, l'importo in escrow viene restituito al partecipante. Per contestazioni: info@kickfellas.com.

7. Prelievi (withdraw)

Gli organizzatori possono richiedere il prelievo dei fondi maturati. I prelievi possono essere soggetti a verifica e a tempi di elaborazione.

8. Condotta e fair play

Ti impegni a comportarti in modo corretto e rispettoso. Sono vietati: molestie, comportamenti violenti o discriminatori, frodi, contenuti illeciti e l'uso improprio della chat. Le valutazioni post-partita devono essere oneste. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere gli account che violano queste regole.

9. Rischio dell'attività fisica

Il calcio è un'attività fisica che comporta rischio di infortuni. Partecipi alle partite a tuo esclusivo rischio. Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, KickFellas non è responsabile per lesioni, danni o perdite derivanti dalla partecipazione alle partite o dalla condotta di altri utenti.

10. Limitazione di responsabilità

Il servizio è fornito "così com'è". Nella misura consentita dalla legge, escludiamo garanzie implicite e non siamo responsabili per danni indiretti o consequenziali. Nulla in questi Termini limita i diritti inderogabili del consumatore.

11. Sospensione e cessazione

Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dall'app. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere l'accesso in caso di violazione di questi Termini.

12. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini; le modifiche saranno pubblicate su questa pagina con la nuova data. L'uso continuato dell'app costituisce accettazione.

13. Titolare, legge applicabile e contatti

Il servizio KickFellas è gestito da Bigei S.r.l. Salvo diverso obbligo di legge, questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana e per le controversie è competente il foro italiano. Contatti: info@kickfellas.com.

In short. KickFellas is a platform to organize and join amateur football matches. By using the app you accept these Terms. Football involves physical risk: you participate at your own risk.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using KickFellas you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Matches: hosts and participants

Hosts set the location, time, price and available spots of a match and are responsible for the information they provide. Participants commit to showing up and following the pitch rules. KickFellas is an intermediary: it does not itself organize matches nor guarantee their quality, safety or that they will actually take place.

5. Wallet, payments and escrow

Payments (wallet top-ups) are processed by Stripe. Amounts are in Euro.
A match fee may be held in escrow until the match takes place and then credited to the host.
Any service fees will be shown before you confirm payment.
Your wallet balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rules (e.g. the deadline to cancel for a refund) are shown on the match screen when you join. If a host cancels a match, the escrow amount is returned to the participant. For disputes: info@kickfellas.com.

7. Withdrawals

Hosts may request withdrawal of earned funds. Withdrawals may be subject to verification and processing times.

8. Conduct and fair play

You agree to behave fairly and respectfully. Prohibited: harassment, violent or discriminatory behavior, fraud, unlawful content and misuse of chat. Post-match ratings must be honest. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

9. Physical activity risk

Football is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury. You participate in matches at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KickFellas is not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from participation in matches or the conduct of other users.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.

13. Operator, governing law and contact

The KickFellas service is operated by Bigei S.r.l. Unless otherwise required by law, these Terms are governed by Italian law and Italian courts have jurisdiction. Contact: info@kickfellas.com.
